Unique soundscapes composed and produced for the entire gastronomic experience of Kjolle (No. 7 Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants) by award-winning chef Pía León (World's Best Female Chef 2021). Composer Maribel Tafur created an original musical atmosphere inspired by the textures, colors, flavors, native ingredients and the uniqueness of Peruvian biodiversity.
Pía León’s cuisine is imbued with color, reflecting the kaleidoscopic nature of the indigenous ingredients she culls from Peru’s diverse regions; from the Pacific Ocean and the Amazonian forests, to the mountains, valleys and lakes of the Andes. Pía and her team propose a culinary experience as multifaceted as the nature and culture of this country.
