The restaurant fuses the most iconic flavors of Latin America and present them as a friendly and never-ending dialogue between the most important gastronomic cultures of the continent: Mexican and Peruvian. Estero presents a disruptive tasting menu with food and wine pairing, in the magical setting of comfort and nature of the hotel.
